@EE Already have but this is on going and you provide a terrible service. Why should I pay for a service I am not getting it’s just lucky I have broadband at home but not while I’m out and I pay for not having it

@FirstEssex Thank for responding maybe you should devise a program on your app that advises your customers that the bus had been cancelled. Train companies are able to do this
