@Ocado delivery has come and nearly everything is ruined. Cracked eggs, totally squashed bread, broken tins of beans, leaking moisturiser, and a meal for a 40th birthday tomorrow completely unusable. Would normally just request refunds but this level of shoddy is unacceptable?

@0cado stop cheating your customers. In my delivery today Arla Lactose-free milk had the same sell by date as milk delivered last week. @ArlaDairyUK you should not allow this. @Ocado you are bulk buying & stockpiling then selling old stock. UNACCEPTABLE I want fresh produce

@Ocado Delivery slot 1-2pm..2.10pm check app says delivery between 2.20-2.40pm. No call to say there are issues like traffic, delays…etc. so once again like leading up to Christmas last year not very reliable. Thank goodness Ive booked my Easter delivery with another shop. ☹️

@Ocado So, despite a text saying I had no missing items, and no missing items stated on my receipt, the driver has informed me there is one but couldn't pronounce it, leaving me to check every item. I have better things to do with my time. Not happy at all.
