@MattNavarra The fact that you feel that way (guilt, I mean) is a red flag. It means that you need that holiday more than you know. My husband had a burnout, so I recognize the early warning signs. This is not to alarm you, but to tell you that you really have to take time off for yourself.

It’s funny… I feel like I have to tweet this info because I feel a genuine sense of guilt that I’m not keeping you all updated. Like I’m letting you down by not being here. But I really need a break.

Just a quick heads up I will be taking a much needed break from Twitter from Friday. Taking a 10 day holiday with my kids. My only proper break this year. Regular tweeting will resume when I’m back on Tues 1 August.
