This document that I created in September of 2023 changed everything. This "Magnum Opus" document was a 71 page sales letter I made summarizing everything I knew about email marketing at the time. This was BEFORE I found out what ChatGPT was. Spending 2 hours a day on this for a month taught me more about email marketing than any experience I've ever had. Writing, rewriting, creating frameworks for my theories, surfing gmail for examples, analyzing brands to confirm my theories, etc It kicked off my organic sales funnel and converted traffic like crazy for someone with almost no social proof. I then started sending it to leads when they booked in a call with me. They would just come to the call sold already. It showed me the power of sales assets and content. People think making hook variations doesn't work anymore That is hilarious lol We have one account spending $12k/day with 196 active creatives in the account, and 42 of those creatives are just the same ad iterated 41x times

You see a competitor scale 10x faster than you and try to rip their ad funnel So you test five ads and expect the same result Keep dreaming They have tested hundreds if not thousands of ads and exerted 100x more effort

Why are you not driving 100+ new front end buyers into the business on a daily basis? Why are you not spending two months of your old wages on ads on a daily basis? Need to step it up

Best thing I did in 2025 was hire a full time local employee and get him to work next to me at my office Sounds obvious but you 100x more done when your employee understands how hard you're supposed to work because they are literally next to you

AI slopification of social media is in full effect And while hyper optimisers spend 2 hrs per week on content and think it's a flex People who actually crush are doubling down on manually scripting, coming up with unique ideas etc Interesting

There is really no point dabbling around doing random tasks and just 'seeing if it will work' Much more results occur from just saying "I am going to get X thing to work for me" then doing everything required to get it to work Pivoting should be the absolute last option

Finding good success with taking winning ads then re-launching them with new audiences Usually I rip everything broad targeting, but has been allowing us to spend more when we dupe out winners and throw them on interest stacks, warm audience etc Would recommend

You need to be adding checklists into your Claude/GPT/Manus LLM project settings Find every common mistake they usually make, then train it based on commonalities of the winners Ex: -> Include open loop based on SOP -> Make the ad 45-60 seconds -> Check for compliance
