The court has ruled that the charges against Mr Maiyo do not exist in the law, are unlawful, null and void. We now remain with the matter of Benson Ashiko alias Ash Papi who is also facing fabricated charges under the unlawful Sections 22 and 23 of the Computer Misuse and CyberCrime Act.
