@limitless_point @DataDrivenEm0 @nolightupstairs At my uni you can walk freely in and out of the buildings and unless your course has mandatory attendance no professor ever checks who’s present. I can’t say this for sure but in theory it should work similarly in every public university in Italy

In my university you have to scan the door to even get in, otherwise it raises obvious safety issues
