@Labcorp I’ve tried for over a month to schedule lab work and your system is blocking me due to a name mismatch tied to old records in another state. Multiple calls. Multiple messages. Zero response. My labs are now overdue. I need a fix to this medical care impact immediately!

Never trusting @Salinasvhealth, @Labcorp , nor @BlueShieldCA with my money ever again. All 3 gave false approval saying I was covered or proceeding with unauthorized testing for work that was still falsely approved. Lost nearly $100 or more because of all the blame pointing...

The @Labcorp facility in Muskogee, Oklahoma is hands down the most unfriendly, sterile, don't talk to us, use the computer, sit down, be quiet and wait on US facility I've been to. Not geared to customers.

I think @Labcorp is straight up scamming people for money. I didn't approve of ANY testing and I'm getting an anonymous bill with no detail, no due date, and no info for what and charging through @BlueShieldCA with no approval. Worst off, during no office hours to cancel action.

@Labcorp I will never ever go back to a Labcorp location again. The lack of human interaction in your offices is sad. Checking in on a tablet, sitting there way past my appt time, and the in efficient processes of drawing blood are the worst. Find another co to draw blood for you

I've dealt with 2 major corporations in the last 2 days: @Labcorp and @SamsungUS. Both experiences were awful, and there's no meaningful customer service option. I'm not sure why I even bother to vent, except we shouldn't have to live like this.

Have to ask @Labcorp is your protocol for phlebotomists at end of draw A: Remove tourniquet 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗡 remove needle 𝑶𝑹 B: Remove needle 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗡 remove tourniquet Brutal bruising is what I get with option B which is what I get every time
