@GE_Appliances I'm trying to schedule service through your Bodewell service provider and both the online scheduling tool and phone line are down. One says there are no appointments and to call & the other hangs up the call when you get to the point of being connected to an agent

My daughter has never gone away for college spring break, and now that she's a senior, she and her travel partner saved and planned and booked a @DisneyCruise. Except weather. Her plane to Orlando yesterday never made it to DC. 1/2

@JetBlue @ResourcefulMom That is exactly what happened. They wouldn’t let them go back to the gate and no one was at the JetBlue desk. Finally received an email that basically said sorry for your luck. Fill out this form and we might reimburse you.

@JetBlue If you had simply told me how to get the luggage, we could have booked a flight. Now they are literally all gone. JetBlue could not have possibly been less transparent or less helpful. I'll be shouting that fact from the rooftops.
