@MaxJordan_N @JasonSynaptic @joann_trejo Right, but women and others are trained to be humble in all ways since birth. It shows up in the writing. Yet we as reviewers reward "I will conquer the earth" ambition. Especially for a transformative award. That's one way a stack of anon apps turn up as all white male.
