@nflbadtakez 100%. A team can really like a player and fans will overreact. The reality is that it's up to the coaching staff to develop and for the player to make it happen but there is a reason why they were drafted late or weren't drafted at all.
The Trey Smiths and Tyreeks are rare.

@MediaFoxx 100%. One of the biggest problems on 3rd downs were how slow our dline was a getting to the QB. So frustrating watching Jones get doubled while Big George, Omenihu / Danna got stonewalled or run up and around the QB b/c they weren't quick enough on the edge.

@priceacarter There were only a handful of offensive players who would have been worth KC taking but many were gone at the point KC was drafting. Could've taken Tyson but he has big injury concerns. Cooper or Boston were available at 29. And would you rather Bernard at 40? Value wasn't there.

@goldmctNFL They focus on age a lot in drafts but you have to think that in a draft which has a lower level of good talent, you take a chance on younger guys still developing.
