@SurreyCouncil Hi- yes, what category does that fall into though as it’s not clear. There’s no option to choose for ‘that’s not my car, the evidence shows a different number plate’

@AskNationwide I had money sent to me yesterday and still have not received it. My friend is using Nationwide and I use Revolut. Is there currently an issue with Nationwide bank transfers? It was a car purchase for £3400, I am still awaiting the funds..

@AsdaServiceTeam How far past a use by date does an item have to be before you refund it when delivered using home delivery? Is it acceptable to deliver food with a use by date prior to the current date? Ie an out of date item?
