@AlmostRornir @zenithvx The Shorts feed can just show any video, if there's demand for it, even if it's not new. Like for whatever reason people wanted to look up quicksand like once every year and then this video of mine with quicksand in the title gets pushed for a while.

@RemiChux Minecraft is the game I play when I'm feeling down. It's my most played game by far. It's endless options of fun. My best memory is that at some point I kept running into the same guy on random servers and we became friends, he unfortunately died a few years ago, way too young.

They probably have an ~0% overlap with his non-short content or even his newer shorts, to be fair, so YouTube probably saw that nobody clicks on his videos and stopped recommending them.

@ItsMeMarshy_ The Minecraft community is not a community. Subsections have their own creators, but if someone is not actively watching a niche, they're unlikely to find specific creators instead of just random content. I personally like watching Flufayy, iKalazar, rembutquaglet, etc. though.

This might be a hot take, but YouTube is VERY boring right now. It’s become more about the content than the creator and I really don’t like that. My goal is to change that, especially in the Minecraft community. I want to bring light to small talented creators! Thoughts?
