Is your altcoin portfolio down?! ok.. typically that's because you bought when coins had been going up a lot (i've done it from time to time too! take ownership, understand the error and learn from it)... If you are buying into coins that are going up a lot right now while the rest of the market is at lows (MASSIVE DISCOUNTS!) then you are effectively like a kid that touches the hot stove, burns his fingers and then goes back and touches it again.... because you've not learned from your painful experience.. Coins that are rallying up right now are doing it because of market makers and strategic moves by projects to re inject capital to try and get people to fomo back into them. Eventually all crypto alt coins with cash in reserves will begin to do this.. If you got into coins that are pumping now when they were at lows. Congratulations! you nailed it... however if you're not holding coins in the big green bubbles, then don't worry.. Your project's market makers will be planning to deploy capital and turn the marketing wheels once the market is greedy again... This is the most effective time to do it, since people like to buy when markets are greedy... Do not be fooled, price moves on charts the majority of the time because of 1 thing... Market making.. They use big juicy media headlines to tell you the reason it's going up... It's not true. It's going up because market makers are reinjecting funds. When markets are greedy big influencer shoutouts on youtube / X also drive price, (but not right now, since markets in fear.. ) Now you can see behind the curtain... Just be patient. In November 2024 NASDAQ, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Altcoins saw a massive rally. - NASDAQ: +8.6% - Bitcoin: +52% - Ethereum: +70% - Altcoins (Others): +130% In Nov-Dec 2025 we have US-China trade deal 70% odds of rate cut in DEC QT ending on Dec 1st QE starting with treasury bills U.S. stocks new ATH Q4 positive seasonality So If history rhymes, this setup could trigger another breakout from Nov 2025, with Bitcoin likely leading first, followed by ETH and then Alts , just like last cycle. Nasdaq in Nov 2024 = 20,000 BTC in nov-Dec 2024 = $105,000 Nasdaq in Nov 2025 = 26,000 BTC = $108,000 So Bitcoin have a lot of catching up to do which it will like it always does.
