@SAS Hi! I want to re-schedule the returning flight for only one of the two people in a reservation. It does not seem possible within the webpage (it only allows to re-schedule it for everyone). Do you how I could go about this? Do I need to contact support in some way? Cheers!

It is impossible to get hold of a real person via your online consumer service. Why? Your ridiculous chatbot is unable even to recognise a booking code and gets into a loop of uselessness whilst refusing to connect your customer to a real person. Your website promises a link to a real person but again, gets you into a loop where only the chatbot is allowed. Why are you treating your customers contemptuously?

@SAS Your link does not work. Website gives an error when I click Cancel. Your email support says 4 weeks wait. Messenger blocks me. This is deliberate obstruction. Booking ZAMZ2N. SAS Plus. Fully refundable. Cancel it NOW and refund to my original card.
