This 70 something year old mom and grandmother gets her hair done here and her appointment is always one hour. That’s it. And every time she is done she has to wait. She waited 45 minutes after this appointment was done. She even called 15 minutes before she was done to let them know. I would never have let my mom or grandma wait. I’d have stayed at the appointment even if it was in the car. People really upset me. Do better family of this mom and grandma. You have a treasure you don’t even know you have. 😡 Would you ever let your elderly mom or grandma wait to be picked up? Ever? Don’t they deserve the very best? Our very best?
