• Today, March 24th, marks 551 years since the death of Simon of Trent, a two-year-old child whose case became one of the most famous - and controversial - in Church history.
• Trent, 1475. Little Simon disappears on Holy Thursday. His body is found on Easter Sunday in a water channel beneath the property of Samuel, the leader of the local Jewish community. The city erupts.
• Under torture, 15 members of the Jewish community confessed to having murdered Simon to use his blood in Passover rituals - the classic "blood libel". All were burned at the stake.
• The Bishop of Trent, Johannes Hinderbach, immediately promoted the cult of the "martyr." Rome hesitated: Pope Sixtus IV sent a commissioner to investigate and ordered the proceedings suspended. But popular pressure was immense.
• In 1588, Sixtus V formally beatified Simon. The cult flourished for nearly five centuries: relics, annual processions, paintings, sermons. Trent celebrated him every year on March 24th.
• On October 28, 1965 - the same day Paul VI promulgated Nostra Aetate, the conciliar declaration on relations with non-Christians - the Archbishop of Trent officially abolished the cult. The relics were removed and the body buried in an unknown location.
• The suppression of the cult fits within the spirit of Vatican II, particularly the rejection of the collective charge of deicide against the Jewish people. Nostra Aetate marks a turning point in the Church's relationship with Judaism, and Simon's case was an uncomfortable symbol.

Shortly after Robinson’s arrest, the prosecutors released a probable cause affidavit detailing the evidence gathered immediately after Charlie’s assassination. The evidence presented at that time was overwhelming. In the months that have followed, we know the investigation has continued. More details will come out in May, when the assassin has a probable cause hearing and we are certain there will be even more evidence demonstrating why the State believes Tyler Robinson is the assassin. But now we have a government official, Joe Kent, who has reportedly indicated he is willing to testify on behalf of the defense, to get Robinson off the hook for an evil he committed. Joe Kent just crossed a red line, and it's a massive betrayal of Charlie, his wife, his kids, and the entire TPUSA family. Just because HE didnt get let into the investigation doesnt mean it wasn't investigated.

This is one of those random breaks in politics that we all need to just stop and appreciate something objectively hilarious. I therefore implore you to read this thread. The background is that Alexis Wilkins, (Kash Patel’s girlfriend) does not understand why some people think she’s a Mossad honey pot. So she has spent months piecing together a theory that Vladimir Putin’s philosopher Alexander Dugin is running an operation to bring down down Trump, through General Michael Flynn, Joe Kent and the Catholic Church (nevermind the schism) further aided by people who are asking questions about Charlie Kirk’s assasination. Because none of that could be authentic. Vladimir Putin sits at the top.
Separately, this is more evidence we need to just shutter the FBI. This is just too completely unserious and embarrassing on the world stage.

Tyler Robinson is guilty. The evidence is overwhelming and undisputed:
- The bolt-action rifle used to kill Charlie Kirk belonged to his grandfather and was recovered near the scene.
- Robinson's DNA was found on the trigger and a towel wrapped around the weapon.
- He left a handwritten note under his keyboard: “I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and I’m going to take it.”
- Immediately after the shooting, he texted his romantic partner: “I had enough of his hatred. Some hate can’t be negotiated out.”
- He confessed multiple times—via text to his partner, on Discord to friends (“It was me at UVU yesterday”), to family members, and directly to his father when confronted.
- His parents recognized him from surveillance footage, asked why he did it, and he replied that Kirk “spreads too much hate” and “there is too much evil.” They turned him in without denial or defense.
His parents, including a father who is a 27-year veteran of the sheriff’s department, chose to deliver their son to authorities. That fact alone removes any reasonable doubt.
The live-in boyfriend—Lance Twiggs, the transgender romantic partner sharing the townhouse—received the post-shooting texts, the keyboard note, and details about hiding the gun. He waited for police to approach him before turning over evidence. Claims of zero foreknowledge strain credibility given the week-plus planning window, the shared living space, and the explicit communications.
Utah’s leftist militant circles, including groups like Armed Queers SLC now under federal scrutiny, and the pre-attack online chatter targeting “Charlie,” require full investigation. This was a political assassination driven by radical ideology that labeled Kirk an existential threat.
If any jury acquits on this mountain of physical evidence, direct confessions, and family corroboration, it will rank as one of the most blatant miscarriages of justice in American history. The facts demand conviction. No excuses, no delusions.

I continue to believe that there should be more investigation into the leftist militant groups in Utah, especially any of the people who posted about Charlie’s murder before it happened. I also have a very hard time believing that his tranny boyfriend had no foreknowledge of the attack at all. But Tyler Robinson’s own guilt is beyond doubt. All of the evidence, literally all of it, points to him. And that’s to say nothing of the fact that the guy confessed multiple times to multiple people, and was turned in by his parents who, you’ll notice, have not made any attempt to publicly or privately deny their son’s guilt. That’s because he’s guilty as sin. And if he somehow gets let off the hook by a deluded and confused jury, it will be one of the worst miscarriages of justice in the history of our country.
