The shocking fact is that the Captain of flight BA0782 @British_Airways must have known that no luggage has been loaded but took off anyway. So now I arrive late in Stockholm, nothing is open, and I am without any of my possessions. You have ruined this special trip! @Adam_Attew

@British_Airways Not good enough! It’s now 14 hours and no bags. We came to Stockholm for my partners 50th and this has ruined it! Terrible nights sleep worrying about our luggage and still no update! Disgusted.

Utterly disgusted at @British_Airways! Just landed on flight BA0782 to find out BA didn’t load any luggage to the flight so all passengers are without their baggage. This trip was booked for my partners special birthday and you have ruined our arrival! I am so angry!
