Don't market this as a "free speech app", then financially penalize people for exercising the free speech you advertised. If X is going to conduct back ended censorship, it's better to just stay on normie platforms with more reach and better pay. If @x @XCreators don't fix this inconsistent enforcement, and demonetization, you will continue to lose top tier creators to other platforms.
