Absolutely disgusted with @EE customer service. 8 years as a customer, receive a txt to say special offers on upgrades £12 off so I log on to my account to have a browse, able to select what I want and continue to payment. After speaking to them on the phone and after answering..

Now when I click on the link from the txt for £12 off upgrades it doesn’t work. Neither can I upgrade via my account online anymore.
Total discrimination. How do you even know where my money is going!? Just because I work part time who says I don’t pocket all of that money. @EE

@DHLParcelUk having to log into Twitter just to get someone to actually reply….. Facebook messenger response time 4 hours … more like 7 days and still waiting for them to reply to me after trying to locate the driver. Contact us form equally no response 👍🏽

@PostOffice my drop and go account has been suspended I have no idea why, the post office branch manager doesn’t know either and I’ve been in a 2 week WhatsApp conversation with someone called Stephen. I’m still no further, as he keeps saying he will let me know when he gets info

@isawitfirst why do you say you’ll respond within 48 hours if you don’t and every time I have to tweet you publicly to actually get you to respond to an email/ dm. Please re- read the inbox msgs properly so I don’t have to waste another 48 hours repeating myself

@BorisJohnson you need to order all non essential businesses to close! People are still working selling kitchens as their companies won’t shut... they are working because they need the money to survive. If you order closure and they get paid the 80% this stop unnecessary contact!
