The issue as I see it as that the argument in this article here rests on the conclusion that a person is entitled to birthright citizenship only if the person's parents are domiciled in the United States.
Which would be great for those who want to claim that the children of illegal immigrants are not citizens since illegal immigrants are not domiciled in the United States! Jackpot.
But there's a problem. The 14th Amendment doesn't say that. Nothing about domicile. We don't get to equate x (what the 14th Amendment does say) with y (what's not at all said in the 14th Amendment,) and then use y as a justification for winning the case.

Wrong on both counts. I derived my opinion independently from firsthand evidence. (I genuinely hoped KBJ would turn out to be better than Soto, and was disappointed.)
There’s certainly a range among the seven brights, but they are all much smarter than me, so I’m not equipped to rank them. Except via the testimony of other people also smarter than me. Those people usually tell me Kagan and Barrett stand out.
