@monzo @financialombuds how can you block my account and give me NO timeframe as to when my account will be unblocked? Despite online saying it would be checked and sorted in 10 minutes! I need access to my money or a timeframe it is pretty simple.

Monzo blocked my business account because of the volume of sales and amount of each payment, I provided evidence and they removed the block.

I never dreamt this dream because I didn’t know I could 🙏🏾 I’m always so hard on myself but today I am truly proud of myself. So grateful to God for all these amazing opportunities I never knew would be in my reach 🙏🏾
