It’s #CarersRightsDay2023! If you’re an unpaid carer, Lambeth Young Carers can help you to learn about your rights and offer support to you and your family.

All young carers in the UK have a right to a Young Carers Assessment. In Lambeth, Carers Hub is responsible for these. A member of our team visits you and your family to find out what support would help you. Visit carershub.org.uk/young-carers to learn more.

Thursday is #CarersRightsDay2023 and we’ll be celebrating with our Carers. We’re hosting an event with refreshments, wellbeing activities, local partner information and more! Young Carers are invited to attend from 4pm onwards! Get in touch to book.

On 23/11/23 it is #CarersRightsDay. This year’s theme is ‘Your rights: today, tomorrow and in the future’. On Thursday 23rd we will also be holding a celebration event, where Young Carers can take part in wellbeing activities with Nurture Meadow and find out about local support!

The first of our six, monthly sessions with @MINDHEARTCIC was great! Our Young Carers had a chance to get creative and express themselves through Art Therapy practice.

It's Halloween today! We had an autumn celebration during half term with our youngest carers, which included arts and crafts, dressing up, games and snacks.
