@eir you missed a fibre install last Saturday and now pushed until Friday. Loss work due to service delay. No resolution via support and mgmt escalation is non-responsive. Can someone urgently come back with an earlier date for install please?

@Lamobby Hi Megan, we recommend 3.5 hours before your scheduled departure time for long haul flights. We advise you to use online check in, you can then use bag drop facility at the airport. We hope this helps!

@AerLingus what's the recommended arrival time for going to USA nowadays. We will be checking in our bags. They've always recommended 3hrs because of immigration but with queue these days, does this mean we need to arrive 6.5hrs early? With young kids that's gonna be tough.
