#DidYouKnow only about 10% of sea lamprey eggs hatch? Invasive #GreatLakes #sealamprey typically lay 60,000–100,000 eggs, whereas sea lampreys in their native range can release up to 230,000 eggs. The differences is tied to body size: larger sea lampreys produce more eggs. #DYK
