I know a lot of people put in a lot of time to make the Houston Hockey Hall of Fame weekend such an enormous success, but I’d like to give a special shoutout to Lance Rosenberg @lance_R31 for another incredible job!

I distinctly remember people looking at my hockey skates funny in 1989 when I skated inside the mall (Galleria). Also, House of Pies. Good food there. My cousin went to Rice.

Between event organizer Lance Rosenberg (former longtime Flyers employee), Mark Howe, Michel Petit (@FlyersAlumni Dman), Jeff Smith (@LVPhantoms alum D from the Philly years) and the Homewood Suites hotel manager (Philly native, @NHLFlyers diehard), I feel at home here. @billmeltzer @FlyersAlumni @HockeyDayInHTX Hey....look at Lance...! Great guy. I used his gear once to get suited up & let all the mites on ice score on me at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City. I'd never worn goalie gear before. Clearly I was exhausted immediately & yes, ALL the kids scored....lol.
