@Shawhelp The issue is the url that the phisher is using. If I sanitize it a bit. It goes. Funny that trying to report it gets blocked. Anyhow, all good. Thanks
@LarryHannah address? You can also find more details on protecting yourself from phishing and spam emails on this page- rogers.com/support/cyber-… . Thanks for taking the time to report this to us! -^rm (2/2)
@LarryHannah Perfect! Thank you so much for sharing the email. Are you a Rogers Together with Shaw customer? It appears that you don't have Auto-Pay enabled on your account, and the modem rental will add up to $140. 1/2
@RogersHelps I received an email prompting me to renew my 2-year plan. I clicked on the link and it says I can have the plan for $125/mo, so I add to cart and the cart shows $140/mo. Is this some sort of bait and switch?
@LarryHannah Thanks for confirming, Larry. To better understand the offer and clarify the pricing difference, could you share a screenshot of the promotional email, ensuring that any personal information is hidden? 1/2
@LarryHannah Good afternoon Larry, is this for your cable/internet package at the moment that you are trying to renew? If so the discrepancy is it for the hardware cost because at times the hardware may be charged separately? ^rt
@SunLifeCA The login to your website is broken. I've reset my password 3 times. There is no support or contact (other than a tweet). Emails from changing passwords say to call. Call and there is no option regarding passwords. Major fail!
