@Rogers I’m subscribed to Sportsnet through my Cable TV package. It doesn’t matter though. Rogers routinely doesn’t get it right. I’m ALWAYS getting pushback (instead of assistance) from Sportsnet+ support when your service constantly errs & I report it.

@Rogers Why your 1.5Gbps Home Internet plan acts like dialup modem during days. Is it because you don’t care about CSAT or overleveraging infra or both. And play safe under the safety blanket of T&Cs.Come June 26 and I will switch the service.

Between @TekSavvyCSR and @Rogers who do I blame for my internet being down for over a week now. They point the finger at each other while the paying customer suffers. Yet, if I turn off my CC so they can't take more money for said service, I'd be in the wrong.

@Rogers Hi there.I didn't find many other news channels carrying Rogers ads, except CNN where Rogers ads were only somewhat louder. So the problem could be solved by setting a lower volume for all. On Fox news,Rogers ads were many db higher, so we have to mute often, but not fast enough!
