Me too……best advice, leave early & walk to the stadium. Do not use the metro, taxi, or enjoy a few local drinks. And bring hiking boots for the steps! However it’s well worth the wait, what an atmosphere!

We got there nice and early. However climbing those incredibly steep steps to the main entrance was horrendous! My ticket was scanned twice at two entrance points…why = further delays. Match KO and we were surrounded by empty seats. Flood of people arrived 15 mins later!!

@jimhamilton4 Origin rugby is unbelievable. From a English union man having lived in Sydney this means everything to both states. Lucky to have seen King Wally Lewis play, Lang Park……never missed watching from my sofa in a London since! Keep it league, it’ll never work in Union.

@lionsofficial Kings Park Durban 1997. I was there…..biggest after party ever!! Got to bed at 8am. All the players were there mixing with fans. Beautiful weather & victory = amazing memories!!

Plus the super BUCS league has been a breeding ground for sometime which will change the thinking of Prem/Champ clubs with this reduced cap. Fantastic news all round!!!

Sad news with @Blackheath_1858 being relegated from Nat 1 but the reality is it’s been coming as the club has lost their way…Need to overhaul the off pitch structure and the club strategy to give the on pitch the best chance to build and bounce back.
