@Verizon @Verizon - have somebody …,who can actually do something without 30 minutes of verifying me…contact me. We have been a customer for over 20 years with your phone service. That’s the next to go if this cannot be resolved.

@Verizon … this is after I canceled service. Your rep says that the “return kit cannot be mailed because the account was canceled”. Mind you, each time trying to get one of your reps on the phone or chat takes 20 to 30 minutes.

@Verizon - the entire ….and I mean ENTIRE experience of dealing with your company for internet has been horrible. No fewer than 10 calls that each took 1 to 1.5 hours. Then you never sent me the return kit for the router but charged me $200.

@IDOT_Illinois the northbound Hubbard tunnel through Kennedy stretch is taking way too long to complete for how poorly traffic currently flows. Questions: When will this get noticeably better & why don’t we have crews working on this 24/7?
