Earlier, I met with the leaders of the Coalition of the Willing to discuss our ongoing support for Ukraine.   We are united on shared principles: decisions on the future of Ukraine must be made by Ukrainians, international borders cannot be changed by force, and diplomatic efforts must be reinforced by military and economic pressure on Russia to end its unjustified war of aggression.   It is vital to secure credible guarantees to enable Ukraine to defend its territorial integrity and sovereignty. We welcome the leadership of the United States in working toward securing a just and lasting peace in Ukraine in the context of upcoming negotiations.
