🚨 NEW – A proposition that will be debated and voted on at the Liberal Party of Canada's 2026 AGM will aim to "establish a panel of inquiry" to combat "disinformation and misinformation." Do you think Canadians will support this?

@LarsonTodd31070 @Melbme4now @therealmrbench Well that's not what I said. I said that yes the US is cheaper, however this is not ALWAYS the case. If someone is struggling to pay bills then of course they wouldn't want to be in the US when the prices spikes.

@LarsonTodd31070 @Melbme4now @therealmrbench I mean if cheaper wins then sure the US but... I don't live in the US. Let me illustrate the difference in volatility. Both are CPI sourced numbers for Chicken Breasts. (untitled chart). Both Charts are from 2017 to present. Let me know which you'd prefer.

@Melbme4now @therealmrbench You know what you're right, government needs to get the fuck out of farming. Let's go back to the days of steroid / hormone injected chickens growing up in cages and fed with the lowest quality "feed" man can find. I hope you serve that you family with a smile.

@therealmrbench FUN FACT: There are plenty of chicken farms in Canada. You are just being ripped off by Canadian grocers.

@Jb5haw @therealmrbench Still bought it for that, that would be one hell of a sale in Canada to bring it down to the is price

@therealmrbench I’m not disputing that there’s an obvious disparity in price, but it also looks like somebody is clearly comparing a sale price in the US versus a non sale price in Canada.

@MarkJCarney As always the announcement is all talk about what is proposed. No actual results of what has been done as the slogan in front of Carney suggests. “Building” means in the process of building or completed.

We’re building the local infrastructure you rely on every day, faster. We’ve just launched the Build Communities Strong Fund to speed up the construction of new recreation centres, colleges and training centres, hospitals, and water and transit systems across Canada.

When asked why 55% of Canadians believe crime is on the rise, Mark Carney claims crime is going "down" and that Canadians just haven't noticed yet. Typical out-of-touch Liberal.

Rising fuel costs continue to strain finances around the world. Italy, Norway, Czechia, and Austria have all cut fuel taxes as a result. Canadians deserve this relief too. Why won’t the Liberals adopt the Conservative proposal to cut the fuel taxes that drive-up the cost of gas by 25 cents a litre?

@13_Engines @RaquelDancho Exactly, so you should now understand how your statement was lacking. Now if you had said Liberal taxes, easily understood as there is only one Liberal premier

@TLNewmanMTL Done by Spark advocacy polling. 1 in4 supported. 58% said worth exploring. 33% opposed were more than likely Conservative supporters that were most likely to see it as bad idea. The article actually stated that! See what they are doing there? Shameful reporting CTV! @ctvnews
