The crew of Q73 heard crying coming from the fire truck's ladder storage compartment. Firefighters climbed into the tight area and found two cold and scared kittens that were grateful to be found. The kittens were bathed and fed and been smiling ever since. #lauderhillstrong

Lauderhill & Sunrise units responded to a fire earlier this evening in the area of the 2100 block of NW 59th Terrace. Fire possibly started by fireworks landing in a balcony. 1 adult male was transported with minor injuries. Fire is under investigation. @LHFireOPSChief
