Murders and illegals voting are punished under law all the same when found. And in my opinion equating murder to illegal immigrants voting is a false equalivancy.

@ForConstituents @LeadingReport Deadass would need a whole constitutional amendment to ratify the 22nd, and as of 07/25/26, that has yet to happen. No law passed by both chambers of the house wouldn't be able to take effect as it violates the 22nd amendment. Try to educate yourself.

@berkey_eric @LeadingReport And those same places also state it's not meant for national or statewide elections, and if they try they're deported and/or audited off the registration.

@LaughNameless @LeadingReport No actually illegals are voting in 19 states where they are allowed to register by using just a driver's license and honor system where they say they are citizens.

@berkey_eric @LeadingReport Non-citizen voting is prohibited by federal law in national elections. Has been since 1996 with the Illegal Immagration Reform and Immigration Responsibility Act. And that is at minimum. The issue you'd want to focus is on is at a local level for local goverment.
