In todays 424B7 filing $AMC registers 17.7M shares for "selling stockholders" to sell shares, and will receive no proceeds from the registration or sale. 🍿#AMC Shares Outstanding now 557.95M. (Previously was 529.5M as of Feb 18 per 10-K). ✅The shares were recently issued for Consent Fees, specifically debt refinancing - 2029 Note Consent Fees. Today's filing basically removes a restrictive legend to allow resale of these shares by the lenders.
