Tell us you couldn’t pass a HIGH SCHOOL ECONOMICS class without saying it… QSBS shifts the utility curve for founders upward, incentivizing risk taking, yielding more companies that create jobs. OR, if it’s necessary to explain it to a 10’year old: Starting a company is HARD and RiSKY. Only a fool would do so in a jurisdiction that PENALIZES founders relative to others.

I’ve been discussing an idea with @gregory_nico that 2026 could play out similarly to 2020 for Bitcoin. As rate expectations and yields rise, tight liquidity and rising uncertainty could trigger a period of panic, potentially driving BTC down into the $40K-$50k range. From there, a renewed wave of liquidity could set new highs later in the year. New lows to new highs in six months.
