My phone battery has died quickly ever since I downloaded the CoVid 19 app @GregHuntMP - is this the apps fault, if yes, any sign of a fix?

The JobKeeper package is too slow in getting to people and it’s too narrow. The job figures today show that in only 5 weeks, there has been 7.5% decrease in jobs, 1 in 5 workers under the age of 20 have lost their job and a third of hospitality jobs have gone.#auspol @SkyNewsAust

Re comments today about tax cuts-I said govt's package shld be split up b/c 3rd stage is out in never never & govt hasn’t explained how they will pay for it. In event they don't split the package my view is we shouldn't block tax cuts for working & middle class Aussies-thoughts?
