@NiVZ @T1_Lesley Hey I’ve had 2 now in the same shoulder around 13 months apart, the first one took pain away but was still very limited with move and the second has helped my movement but it still gets stiff. I’d definitely recommend going for it though! Good luck let me know how you get on 🤞🏻

Anyone ever suffered from #frozenshoulder been struggling for months, I can’t do things like tie my hair back, put an insulin pump on my back, even put on a coat on my own! Doctor & physio diagnosed #rotatorcufftear but I’m not sure what the difference is, it’s in both shoulders
