Just lost all my old photos and messages on @WhatsApp because when trying to restore backup I wasn’t allowed without a password I HAD NEVER CREATED!!!! Which was confirmed when I eventually skipped that step and WhatsApp immediately backed up with nothing!!!

@HMRCcustomers it’s seems impossible to speak to someone by calling. I appealed a self-assessment penalty (which I had to pay to be able to appeal) which was successful and the letter says I don’t owe anything including the penalty, but no info on how to have it refunded to me!

@British_Airways She was booked on a flight with people to help & is now on a flight on her own! We were at a funeral today & she’s had to spend hours sorting out a flight home to make sure she gets where she needs to, still with the anxiety of travelling alone with a newborn!

How do @British_Airways find it ok to cancel a flight and put a woman with a new born baby on a flight on her own going to a different airport with less than 24 hours notice?! Shocking customer service!!
