I was trained with and worked with the guys who do pattern of life analysis and targeting. 94-98% meant that that they would get approval to strike that target. The software is EXTREMELY accurate and is never wrong. When it is then backed up by weeks of human targeting analysis, my money will be on target package that every day and twice on Sunday. Not to mention that I played soccer for over ten years of my life. A left leg cross-over right leg turn is how a soccer player suddenly transitions a ball to the right when fooling a player into thinking they’re going left or straight. It takes years to learn, & someone who’s never played the sport will fall in their face - just as us players did countless time when learning the maneuver as kids. The “bomber” suspect does this exact move on camera gracefully & with ease. (Kyle Seraphin and Steve Baker referred to it as a “Ice Skater’s Turn”) That young man with Asperger’s is not agile or athletic. Such a cross-leg turn is not even probable, much less possible for him to perform. It takes years to master, of which he never spent doing. Director Patel & DD Bongino did not put the case together. While it may appear to them to be a clean case - it was done that way on purpose - and the upcoming trial will prove it to be otherwise. More importantly, the prosecution will do anything in their power to NOT go to trial. But his attorneys WANT to go to trial. Watch how that plays out… The agents who did are not a friend to Patel or Bongino, & need to be vetted as to where they were & who they’ve spoken to leading up to & after 01/05/2020. And, as I’ve proven, his cell phone data should & will exonerate him. “Tower pings” are OLD tech legal standards from the 1990’s. A smart phone in 2020 is a .3m or less accurate tracking device if your WiFi is enabled & you have 5 or more apps tracking your geolocation data. (Most people have 10 or more that do - banking - restaurant apps - social media apps - PLUS your carrier’s data - all together become a literal breadcrumb trail where your path (especially on foot) can be recreated with ease. Even when traveling in a fast moving vehicle, your path is tracked by direction apps in real time. Why use tower pings when the geolocation data for your phone can be subpoenaed by the government - especially in a “domestic terror” case? 🤔 His confession with Asperger’s will be trashed in court, & shown to be given under duress. Even his purchase history shows him purchasing same materials for YEARS before 2016… much less 2020. He was a science geek, not an anarchist. Asperger’s is the key element, because pattern of life becomes EXTREMELY limited. They repeat the same action, over and over again. They do the same thing every day. They use tools of comfort (such as his headphones), or self-soothing twitches or touches of their body in the same place repeatedly. They will develop OCD behaviors to ground themselves, such as touching things or people repeatedly, counting objects, watching the same show each day, or going to the same store & buying the same drink or snack each day. The people who sent that young woman out to place those devices don’t want to go to prison, and it wasn’t an “official” training event, which is why if they are discovered it will become a part of the Florida case immediately. It’s why she failed the polygraph. It’s why one of the most expensive firms in DC is representing a woman whose GS12 or GS13 salary cannot afford. There’s a lot of circumstantial evidence that both Steve and Kyle haven’t presented. But, my Army Intel background is what gives me confidence. Two experienced intelligence analysts both independently assessed her as the person on video, & eliminated him as the subject. That’s not circumstantial evidence, it’s forensic evidence. Gate analysis is a forensic science. That is as good as a fingerprint on a murder weapon - and it is used as such to seek and enact justice against terrorism all over the world.
