@babybeginner I totally get the logic, but I don’t/can’t do it because I have nails. Not anything super long, just natural nails, and every time I have tried this technique I just slice into my nails. Am I doing it wrong?!?!

All my life I’ve seen chefs talk about bending your knuckles when you chop veggies but every time I tried, it seemed more dangerous to me. This is honestly the first video that explained it to me. I’m probably the only one who doesn’t know this.
