Went to our local @auspost office to have a word about the constant missed deliveries when we're home. Stressed that it's the parcel carriers at fault, NOT our regular postie. What did they do? Lodged a complaint against our regular postie. FFS.

Hey @auspost, how do I lodge a complaint about a lazy delivery person? I’ve just received my THIRD notification this week that a parcel couldn’t be delivered due to a ‘safety hazard’. There is NO safety hazard. Couriers from other companies have been delivering just fine.

@Laura_Greaves @OpenUnisAu Yeah I found them awful when I tried to study via them. And their advisors lied about what a full time study load was. Never again. I will not do shit with third parties fighting each other.

Trying to withdraw from a uni course. @OpenUnisAu won't let me do it unless I call them and 'speak to an advisor'. I don't want to be advised, I want to be withdrawn. Why do I have to waste time talking to someone trying to convince me to continue something I want to quit?
