I interviewed Sam Neill on March 20 for @guardian and @ajplus. And it’s surreal that my story with him is the last on his Instagram grid. It’s a story about a gold-mine that could be fast tracked by the NZ government, and it’s 5km from land Sam tended to for 30 years. RIP Sam.

Have to write what treatments have been tried and why they failed for the ME diagnosis, including “experimental” ones. “Voluntary Assisted Dying is offered in some countries for people suffering ME. Unfortunately it is not an experimental treatment that can be reversed.” 🤷🏼‍♀️

@sunsopeningband @Dysautonomia Love seeing patient goals included. I don’t have any of the “expected” goals - but if I am ever lucky enough to get a significant capacity increase, I want to be outside again, spend some time in nature. Half an hour a week would be amazing, even in 10 min chunks.

@ArtistAffame I was giving an example in the interview this morning and I realised that job (in 2013) was effectively a remote job because I never met 99% of the people I worked with. But I had to go into an office to do it. So bizarre. So tiring to cover it all the time.
