@JDhelpteam I received the Nike Core Swoosh Cycle Shorts for my birthday and my husband purchased them from you. They fitted perfectly so I removed the labels to go on a run, only to realise when leaving the house that they’re completely see-through! What can I do? Thanks

@Nike so disappointed in the black Nike cycling shorts I got for my birthday. The fit perfectly but as I left the house for a run, my husband told me that they were completely see-through! And they are, I actually cannot ever wear them! Can I exchange?

@TUIUK really disappointed in the service and care I've received (or not received!) today. I've been trying to contact you since 4.30pm today and I'm still on hold. We were treated poorly in the airport and the service has been the same on the phone #badservice

@PI3GUB @VirginTrains Yeah, you’re probably right. I was just quite shocked and the guys really didn’t care. Felt sorry, and defensive, of the staff member from the shop too as she was trying to help and they just weren’t respecting her. The ticket collector couldn’t get round as it was too packed

@Laura_TCO @VirginTrains Should’ve grabbed the ticket collector and pointed it out. Shaming them publicly isn’t nice but they were being unfair.

I agree with @frolickingfood though because some people I know are not as far along & can’t stand for long and get tired and feel unwell - everyone’s different. I’ve been lucky actually. Was just pretty shocked at the principle

At 6 months I had terrible backache for a couple of weeks & would have appreciated a seat, while at 8 months I would have been OK standing for a bit (though if I’d sat on the floor I probs wouldn’t have been able to get back up!)

@mclaughlan57 @VirginTrains I kinda disagree in this case. I don’t think it’s a gender issue at all actually. In fact, after this, I was offered a seat by 2 men and 1 woman. I also don’t think it’s anything to do with age either. It’s just that some people aren’t as considerate as others

@Laura_TCO @VirginTrains Seems men cant do anyrhing right these days. Open doors for women - get a mouthful, get luggage down from overhead hold in aircraft- get a mouthful, refuse 2 give up a seat - get slated on social media🤷‍♂️

@luddym @c_kedge @PaulAndersonNE6 @VirginTrains Yeah I guess so. It didn’t make me mad, I just guess I presumed from the comment that he was just making up an excuse & I was just surprised. Good point anyway, we shouldn’t presume!

@aharring @glennhansen_ @feline_charm @VirginTrains Sorry I should have added this. They did :) a nice guy in front overheard and came over right away to offer me his seat. I didn’t need it for the full journey as I’m feeling quite well, but really appreciated it for 20 mins as it was a long journey because of delays :)

@luddym @c_kedge @PaulAndersonNE6 @VirginTrains I do totally agree, but I guess that was in my mind when they didn’t move - got me thinking about people who really do need the priority seats. Perhaps I made the assumption that they didn’t have a hidden disability because of the comment that I would be too big to sit there.

@Laura_TCO @c_kedge @PaulAndersonNE6 @VirginTrains Please don't think I'm having a go at you; someone should have given you a seat. I just think that the hostile environment for people with hidden disabilities is pretty bad right now and cases like this just make it more difficult for them. There are no winners here.
