@28kittycat@easyJet Next time you issue a welfare card, make sure the shop is open & then when it does that they are managed! All they were interested in was everyone spending their €13.50 on each card for profit. Kids in the queue for over 2hrs. No @easyJet rep to be found.
I guess not. @easyJet displayed non existent customer care over past 18 hrs or so. Worst travel experience of my life. I won’t be the only customer lost as a result of the mistreatment received by all passengers on the flight from hell.
@28kittycat@easyJet Totally agree! This was an awful experience that should have been managed so much better! Kids asleep on the floor in Milan after being told after boarding that the flight would be redirected, should have been put up in a hotel.
