@AppleSupport Can you explain why it cost nearly $150 to repair one broken 2nd Gen Airpod when I can buy a brand new set for $99?
Not only that, I was told the $150 was JUST a CC hold. I never received ANY info about actual cost and did not authorize the repair. Who would?!

Why? Because the chronic toll of redlining, environmental racism, wealth gap, etc. ARE underlying health conditions.
Inequality is a comorbidity. COVID relief should be drafted with a lens of reparations.
