@LaupWing1994 Just do a food macro. I ate the same thing everyday. No guess work. It became a habit. Lost all my extra weight in 6 months.

I don't care if you're 20, 40, or 60lbs overweight. Here's the exact grocery list, meals, and workouts I'd use to lose it. 1. Only drink water

@Daractenus No. The EU is like a mother who never lets you leave the house because there’s a one in a million chance you might hurt yourself. It’s ridiculous and based on nothing realistic.

Somewhere between the indestructible American ice cream, rubbery watermelons, and uncrushable strawberries, I believe you'll find a whole new appreciation for EU food safety standards.

@MillenialMormon @NotoriousKBJ @Devsthetix Once again, you put 3rd party learning above actual real experience and think you know more than someone who has actually done the thing you claim to be an expert in. Rookie mistake.

@MillenialMormon @NotoriousKBJ @Devsthetix It’s GREY market. The vernacular is GLP-1 and what everyone uses. I guarantee there’s nothing you can tell me about reta I don’t already know. I know it intimately for over 10 months of reconstituting, filling injection pens and injecting myself. Adjusting doses appropriately

@MillenialMormon @NotoriousKBJ @Devsthetix Get over yourself. I have a chemical engineering degree. WAY harder than a degree that just requires a lot of memorization like yours. With computers, AI, robots and internet you don’t even have to do that. Last dr I saw never even heard of the glp-1 I am on. Lazy.

“Die, you daughter of a thousand whores.” Shocking video from inside a nursing facility shows a male attendant striking and insulting one of the elderly women in his care. Imagine being old and helpless and having to depend on a man like this. It makes me sick with anger.

@MillenialMormon @jsjen_ @Devsthetix At some point in your career, hopefully you’ll realize there’s a difference between what’s printed in books and real life. I am 62 and will never be a gym member. If you had me for a patient, you would have to work around that fact. You can’t MAKE me do anything. You adapt.

According to ACSM guidelines, moderate-intensity aerobic exercise requires 40-59% of heart rate reserve while vigorous intensity demands 60-89%, and only those zones reliably produce meaningful cardiorespiratory adaptations in healthy adults.
Standard walking rarely elevates heart rate into those ranges for people under 70 who are not morbidly obese; their relative intensity stays light, so the activity fails to meet the training stimulus needed for progressive fitness gains.
In contrast, ACSM and AHA data show that the same walking pace routinely pushes heart rates near or above 80% of age-predicted maximum in the elderly and the severely obese, which is why those groups alone can legitimately count it as exercise.
Everyone else must incorporate higher-intensity gym-based work or structured vigorous activity to satisfy the 75 minutes of vigorous or 150 minutes of true moderate effort recommended weekly.

@JossSheldon Depends on why the person is getting welfare. If they make multiple bad life choices and get help anyway, I’ll whine about it. Being born into a wealthy family is lucky and bc someone worked. I don’t dislike people for being lucky. I dislike people for being irresponsible

@saradotxyz A carrot being large isn’t because it was “organic”. It’s because it was left in the ground longer or a variety that gets bigger. People act as if there aren’t multiple kinds of every vegetable. There are more than 10,000 varieties of tomatoes. Each one is different.

Stanley Tucci says a Michelin-starred restaurant served his family carrots “like a steak,” microscopic radishes and refused to give them bread “I did go to a restaurant that is Michelin-starred, and I won’t name it. Some people love it. I didn’t. I’d been a number of times. This is in the New York area. Boy, am I vague” “We were with the older kids, but they were younger. You sit down, it’s just a gorgeous setting and everything, and then they say, ‘Tonight, carrots are on the menu.’ I’m not kidding” “And I was like, ‘Oh, okay. Anything else?’” “‘The chef is treating carrots like a steak.’ And I thought, ‘No.’ The kids go, ‘What does that mean? Is he going to milk them?’” “They were the biggest carrots I’d ever seen, all organically grown, of course. And that was the thing” “They brought out some radishes. They came from a long distance. They had a piece of slate, and there were these radishes. We were like, ‘What are they bringing? What is that?’” “As opposed to most things, where they get closer to you and get bigger, these got smaller. They put it down on the table and they go, ‘Radish.’ And the kids go, ‘Where?’ It was so terrible” “We asked for bread, and they said the chef does not like to serve bread because then you won’t eat your food. I’m not six” “I thought, it’s about you. It’s not about us. Not that you have to cater to us, but...”

Tim Robbins reveals he went 14 straight days without a single bite of food, lost 25 pounds, and unlocked total mental clarity "I just did a cleanse... one of those master cleanses. I just did 14 days on where you don't eat a thing for 14 days, and it's amazing how great you feel at the end of it." "14 whole days. No food at all?" "No food at all. No... It's lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and maple syrup, and that'll get you through the day. And then every morning you're doing a purge, right? So you're cleaning all the poisons out." "14 days is a long time with no food." "It is." "What was the first thing you ate when it was over?" "You got to ease your way back in. Like clear broth first, then soups, then vegetables... about a week re-entry." "Do you experience mental clarity when you do that?" "Total mental clarity. First three days are tough, but once you get past the third day, your energy level is constant throughout the day and you can work. I play sports with it..." "How do you decide when to do it?" "Usually when you've been a little indulgent and you're not feeling too good... and you put on a little weight." "You must lose a ton of weight doing that. How much have you lost doing 14 days?" "25 pounds. About two a day." "And then your body's running completely on ketones, right? Because your body's running on fat... your mental clarity is just so much better. Everything just runs smooth. Flat energy throughout the day, no crashing after a big meal." "And you sleep less, too. You need less sleep for some reason." "Also, I think it's probably good to give your digestive system a little break, too. Just let it relax."

🚨 POTUS Questions Whether Fauci's Pardon Was Properly Signed. LindellTV's @CaraCastronuova asked President Trump whether the DOJ should reopen its investigation into President Biden's use of the autopen as it relates to Dr. Anthony Fauci's pardon. @POTUS replied: "The only thing you can really think about is the autopen because the most powerful thing the president has... is the power of pardon." Noting that he personally signs nearly everything and said he believes @JoeBiden signed very few documents himself. "Maybe there's something on the autopen." While acknowledging the presidential pardon power is extremely broad, Trump said questions surrounding how Fauci's pardon was executed could merit further scrutiny.
