The idea that Saiyans even like battle is sort of retroactive cus it comes across more that they like onesided domination over a true 1 v 1.

Manhandling someone much weaker than you is all fun until it’s their turn to be on the receiving end. Rognarrs slap them up so bad they couldn’t carry out a genocide and just froze them instead.

The crux is he doesnt have super strength (other than the strength of a fit man in his 60's), so you could easily knock him around. So he'd suffer no damage against Thragg, but he'd also do none back.

@FormerlyPlock @GunnerDobbins Also worth of note is that Viltrumites dont actually embody the bloodknight thing of " we like strength so we like a good fight ". Conquest did, and he's seen as a outcast attackdog for it. Most viltrumites if someone challenges them proper falls apart egowise.

@onepiece777128 @Blackbeard_Goat Imu's whole thing is he has 0 goals. He is entirely reactionary and his enemy is the IDEA of a long dead foe. He just reigns on high. The final villain being someone who HAS a opposing dream (Blackbeard) fits way more against Luffy than the personification of stagnation, surely?
