It’s Gary Plauché Day 🫡
On this day in 1984 Gary took out the pedophile that molested his son Jody.
Plauché was given a seven-year suspended sentence with five years' probation and 300 more hours of community service. When he was questioned as to why he shot Doucet, Plauché contended that he was in the right for killing Doucet for sexually assaulting his son and that any parent in a similar position would have done the same thing, stating "if somebody did it to your kid, you'd do it too."

Rascal has it on good authority that the revolver used on that eventful day was a Colt snub nose revolver in .38 special. He understands that the gun is on display above a lawyer, DA, or judges fireplace and thus we cannot specifically identify which model. Likely, it was a Colt Detective Special.
In honor of Gary and @jplauche this week's giveaway is a modern Colt Cobra Talo Edition 2" .38 special.

So, while this is part of it, without question, people are also making untraceable guns and that's a huge problem, too. This should in 0 way be corporate driven. At all. AND some regulations are important, too.

Damn, they actually passed it? Unlicensed operation of 3D printers and CNCs is now a felony in Washington? I get that it's fashionable to hate manufacturing in some places but how many kids and FIRST robotics teams are going to end up with criminal records because of this?

Apparently more people have studied this phenomenon than the bill they're bitching about.
This only applies to guns and functional gun parts. You can still own and operate 3D printer s and CNC mills in Washington. You can even print decorative firearm accessories with them.
