🧵 Ksenia #Sobchak is Putin's Goddaughter. Her parents were influential politicians in the inner circle. Her family vacationed with #Putin when she was a child. Years ago, as a journalist, she had asked Putin during public Q&A about Vladimir Osechkin's work on prison tortures.

Xenia Sobchak, daughter of the mayor of St Petersburg who started Putin’s career, has fled Russia to Lithuania on her Israeli passport. Xenia’s people are being arrested in Russia for her “journalism”, but it’s probably a ploy. She’s most likely an agent

@FreeUkraine91 Watching Solovyov seethe with rage and angrily spitting on a mic as he shouts is a like watching a trashy reality TV show.

Russian appointed head of Kherson administration, stated that in addition to the monuments, Russians also stole / “transported” the corpse of Grigory Potemkin from the Kherson church. 💀☠️💀

⚡️The situation in Ukraine is much worse than it is imagined in Germany. This was stated by the President of the Federal Republic of Germany, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, in an interview with Tagesschau.

@MihaiMan6 @OZ_INTEL Kremlin wouldn't have taken any action if NAFO wasn't disrupting their plans. Such reaction from Kremlin bot farms only means what NAFO is doing is working and it pisses off russia.

@OZ_INTEL @LazyCatPanda NAFO is the victim of its own success. What’s going on is totally understandable. So be brave, be wise and always outsmart the enemy! Use your imagination and common sense.

In this intercepted call, the Russian soldier in Donetsk Oblast is calling his mother to find out her disability category to become her carer and get out. He becomes audibly upset when finds out the category is not suitable for him to leave.

The logic of the Russian mothers sending their sons to die in Ukraine. Not sure who is the creator, but it's funny as hell!

@_justjoined @E_Lemmingway @daryazorka Yes, I agree. I also think they don't want to look for information and learn about the atrocities their country committed. It would require them to admit these crimes happened.

@E_Lemmingway @LazyCatPanda @daryazorka I think that unfortunately even Katyn massacre is not well known to the general public. Many Russians have their own confirmation biases imposed by the educational system (how great SU was, etc) and are not looking for other sources of information.

@LxF77 It is disturbing how they celebrate and approve man raping another man in military, but LGBT and consensual sex - bad. And this have been going on for years, in soviet times and probably far longer. Their culture is based on violence.

@E_Lemmingway @_justjoined @daryazorka They deny those crimes happened. And if they admit they happened, then they claim "those people deserved it". I suppose not facing consequences of those crimes made russia bolder and confident nobody will do anything when they invade.

@_justjoined @LazyCatPanda @daryazorka Russians opened their archives and admitted the truth about some of these crimes (Katyn massacre etc.) in the 90es. For a short time. Historians gained access to documents, published them, wrote about the crimes. In the age of internet Russians abroad still pretend not to know?

@ChrisO_wiki Who needs horror movies for Halloween when you can watch russian Priest baptizing men and using black trash bags meant for dead soldiers. The whole thing would have been even creepier if they did it at night and used black candles.

1/ In a somewhat macabre ritual, the Russian army has brought in a priest to baptise (living) soldiers using body bags as baptismal fonts, according to Russian local TV channel Telekanal UTV. Translation follows. ⬇️
