Now the daily tickets are too expensive IMHO ranging about 50-70$ but probably set that way to incentivise memberships and keep volume of visitors down. 4 visits would cost the same as a membership. So if it is of repeat interest the membership is the better way to go. OR you can live in poverty instead and enjoy that one perk while suffering anxiety on every other front.

You can also ask the government to give the contracts to NASA or China or Russia; just keep in mind you will be ignoring the company that accounts for about 50% of global launches, which is pretty strange for a company that wouldn’t be able to survive if it not were for the government

I suggest you to stop displaying so much ignorance out of resentment. NASA became complacent like government institutions tend to become. Over time taxes have only increased but NASA instead of keep innovating, stopped it; so with more funding we got less innovation. Musk was already a millionaire before anyone knew anything about him after selling Zip2 and later PayPal. He privately funded and risked pretty much all his money with his first flights and only after all that risk and work paid off he was able to land government contracts. Also the fact the government had to contract a private company despite having NASA speaks volumes about NASA and SpaceX ability to send payloads to space.

You have it backwards, socialist governments do redistribute money (how well they do it is another discussion), the market indeed doesn’t redistribute money, it rewards the value creators which is different Teachers should be better compensated indeed, although Ivy League teachers are better compensated than elementary school teachers because -unlike elementary teachers- not many people can teach what they can; this is because people value certain things more than others If you are angry towards the market then get angry towards people and human nature because the market wasn’t invented, it developed naturally as soon as people began to trade with each other.
